Publications include more than 374 articles in international/national journals, chapters in books and 13 books. He executed more than 60 major research projects in Iraq, Jordan and UK. Awarded several scientific and educational awards, among them is the British Council on its 70th Anniversary awarded him top 5 scientists in Cultural Relations. Haitao Yang is now as a professor of engineering as well as vice-chief engineer with the construction information center of Guangdong Province, China. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanics in 1983, Master of Science degree in computational mathematics in 1989, and PhD degree in computer software and theory in 2008, from the National University of Defense Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, and the Computing technology institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, respectively. He has been working in computing technology and information system fields over three decades. In the recent years, his major interests are on big data computing and Internet distributed system, and their applications in building and housing industries, as well as social networking in e-commerce.
His major awards granted:
1. As the first contributor, Haitao Y. was granted with the 2015 Annual Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology third class Award for the achievement of project “a
generic sync pivot and big data syndicate platform for industries data cloud” he hosted.
2. As the first contributor, Haitao Y. was granted with the 2016 Annual Construction Science and Technology third class Award for the achievement of project “the cloud platform for Guangdong provincial professional administration of construction industries”.

Thamer Rashed Saeed was Born in Baghdad, Iraq, on February 10, 1965. He received the B.Sc. Degree from a military engineering college in Baghdad in 1987, the M.Sc. Degree from a military engineering college in Baghdad in 1994 and Ph.D. degree from AL-Rashed college of engineering and Science in Baghdad 2003. From 1994 to 2003, he worked with military engineering college in Baghdad as a member of teaching staff. From 2003 till now, he worked with the University of Technology in Baghdad as a member of teaching staff. Currently, he is Assis. Professor of electrical engineering at the University of Technology. His major interests are in digital signal processing, digital circuit design for DSP based on FPGA, Radar, sensor network and Pattern Recognition.
