Dr. K. Gayathri Devi, designated as a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Dr. N.G.P Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. She received her B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India in 1998 , Post graduate degree in M.E (Applied Electronics) from Dr Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, India in the year 2005 and Ph.D in the area of Medical Image Processing under the affliation of Anna University-Chennai in the year 2016. She is a recognized supervisor to guide research scholars under the affliation of Anna University-Chennai. She has published papers in national and international Conferences and journals. She is the reviewer of Imaging Science Journal , Bentham Science publishers, Asian Journal of Medicine and Health, Oncotarget, IGI Global, Journal of Cancer and Tumor International and Researchscript Internationals Journals and the editorial board member of Vehicle Dynamics. She has received many proficiency awards, received grants from ICMR and second topper in NPTEL online certification examination on “Digital image processing on Remote sensing data”. She has guided many UG and PG projects and received best project awards. Her area of interest includes Image Processing and Digital signal Processing. She is the member of ISTE and IAENG with 18 years of teaching experience.

Dr. Gorachand Duttais aResearch Associate in Centre for Biosensors, Bioelectronics and Biodevices at University of Bath, UK. He receivedM.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, India. His research interests include the design and characterization of portable biosensors, biodevices and sensor interfaces for miniaturized systems and biomedical applicationsfor point-of-care testing. He received his Ph.D in Biosensor and Electrochemistry from Pusan National University, South Korea, where he developed different class of electrochemical sensors and studied the electrochemical properties of gold, platinum, and palladium based metal electrodes. He completed his Post-doctoral fellowships in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Michigan State University, USA and Department of Chemistry, Pusan National University, South Korea. During his research tenure in USA and South Korea, Dr. Duttainventedan enzyme-free, disposable miniaturized immunosensor chip using micropatterned electrode and wash-free method for the development of mobile phone-based platforms for fast and simple point-of-care testing of infectious and metabolic disease biomarkers. He has expertise on label-free multichannel electrochemical biosensors, electronically addressable biosensor arrays, aptamer- and DNA-based sensors and surface bio-functionalization.

Dr. Hamza Mohammed Ridha Al-Khafaji was born in 1982, in Baghdad. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and communications engineering and the M.Sc. degree in modern communications engineering in 2004 and 2007, respectively, from Nahrain University, Baghdad, Iraq. He has five years working experience as a senior BSS engineer in Huawei Technologies and Omnnea Wireless Telecom, Iraq from 2006 until 2010. In 2014, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in communication engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis, School of Computer and Communication Engineering. After that, he completed one-year postdoctoral research in Wireless Communication Centre, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Malaysia. Currently, he is a deputy head of Biomedical Engineering Department at Al-Mustaqbal University College, Babylon, Iraq. He has published scientific papers and also served as a reviewer in many international journals and conferences. He is a member of IEU, IEEE, IEICE, IAENG, IACSIT, SDIWC, ICSES and the editorial board in several international journals. His research interests are in both wireless and optical fiber communications systems. He is continuous in bringing new ideas to scientific research, combating the limitations, and seeking the next big things!

Then, he has joined Azad Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow as Lecturer. Thereafter, he has taken study leave and gone for regular M.Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering) in 2010 and passed in 2012 from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, & Sciences (Formerly Allahabad Agriculture Institute), Allahabad with Honours. After completing his M.Tech., he has joined Azad Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow as Assistant Professor. In 2013, he has joined Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur as Guest Lecturer. Since 2014, he is working as Research-cum-Teaching Fellow in Electronics Engineering Department, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur. He has also submitted his Ph.D. from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow). He has received the Best Young Researcher Award 2018 in Science and Technology. Prof. C. Dharma Raj is currently working as Professor in Dept. of E.C.E., GITAM Institute of Technology (GIT), GITAM, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Andhra University and M.E. in Microwave & Radar Engineering from Osmania University in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He received his Ph.D. in 2012 from GITAM. He worked as Scientist “B” in LRDE, Bangalore for about one year and later he worked in Marine and Communication Electronics India Ltd., as Technical officer for three years. Ever since, after his work in the industry, he is working in GITAM and served many positions for the past 29 years. He had published 38 papers in Reputed Journals like Springer, IEEE, etc., and he also authored 7 textbooks in the field of E.C.E and is guiding 7 Ph.D. students - 2 of his Ph.D. students were awarded degrees.
